How often does FleetPulse send data?

It depends on product type.

  • FleetPulsePRO: when the trailer is tethered, the system reports location and full trailer diagnostics every 5-minutes. When the trailer is untethered, the system reports GPS location and battery voltage every 24-hours. Event based reporting occurs in the following scenarios: trailer ABS power connected/disconnected, or door is opened/closed.
  • FleetPulseGO CargoView: when the trailer is tethered, the system reports telematics data every 10-minutes, not including cargo image. When the trailer is untethered, the system reports telematics data every 6-hours. Event based reporting occurs in the following scenarios: trailer taillamp power connected/disconnected, or door is opened/closed.
  • FleetPulseGO Solar: when the trailer is moving, the system reports telematics data every 10-minutes. When the trailer is not moving (30-minutes after stopped), the system reports telematics data every 12-hours. Event based reporting occurs in the following scenarios: trailer motion detected.
  • FleetPulseGO Track: when the trailer starts to move, the system reports tether status in real-time. When the trailer is not moving (30-minutes after stopped), the system reports location, battery update, and tether status every 24-hours. Event based reporting occurs in the following scenarios: trailer motion detected.
  • FleetPulse Base and Base+ (legacy product): when the trailer is tethered, the system reports telematics data every 5-minutes. When the trailer is untethered, the system reports telematics data every 24-hours. Event based reporting occurs in the following scenarios: trailer ABS power connected/disconnected.
