What do the lights on the FleetPulse telematics device mean?
It depends on product type.
FleetPulsePRO (and Base, Base+ legacy product): Red light is on when the trailer is tethered and receiving power from the 7-way (red light blinks if gateway internal battery is charging). Amber light is on when the trailer is tethered and a GPS fix is acquired (amber light blinks if the device is acquiring a signal). Green light is on when the trailer is tethered and a cellular fix is acquired (green light blinks if the device is acquiring a signal). Blue light is on when the trailer is tethered and sensor data is communicating through CAN line (blue light blinks if the device is testing CAN).
FleetPulseGO CargoView:
- LED1: Red (power shutdown), Blue (power processing), Green (power active)
- LED2: Red (SIM card issue), Blue (cellular testing), Green (cellular connected)
- LED3: Red (taking cargo image), Blue (processing cargo image), Green (reporting cargo image)
- LED4: Red (GPS issue), Blue (GPS testing), Green (GPS confirmed)
- LED5: Red (low power mode processing), Green (lower power mode active)
FleetPulseGO Solar:
- Left Blue LED: Off (no cellular connectivity), Fast Blink (cellular testing), Medium Bink (cellular connection found), Slow Blink 1Hz (cellular connected)
- Middle Green LED: Solid (GPS testing), Slow Blink 1Hz (GPS connected)
- Right Red LED: Fast Blink (optional Bluetooth, Zigbee, or wired sensor signal)
FleetPulseGO Track:
- Green LED: Flashing (power processing), Solid (cellular and GPS connected)
- Blue LED: Flashing (cellular testing), Solid (cellular only connected)
- Orange LED: Flashing (GPS testing)
- Red LED: Solid (cellular connection failed)
