9. Product Maintenance

FleetPulse recommends performing the following maintenance actions at least once every 12 months:

1.      Data quality check:

o    All expected sensors should be reporting on the Diagnostics page within the FleetPulse app.

o    Connectivity Status should be green and report Good.

o    If any sensors are not reporting, please reach out to support@fleetpulse.com for troubleshooting help.

2.       Gateway Inspection:

o    Confirm GO Solar Gateway is securely fasten with the GO Solar cradle and locking screw is tight.

o    Confirm GO Solar cradle bracket, either large or small cradle is securely fastened to its surface.

o    GO Solar has a solar panel integrated into the device and will need to be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to ensure the solar panel will function effectively.  It is recommended to use 50/50 99% isopropyl alcohol and a clean rag to clean the solar panel surface.

o    If the device is not reporting and its condition is good and has a clean solar panel surface facing sunlight for at least four consecutive hours:

                                                               i.      Remove the device from the cradle.

ii.      Press and hold the wake-up button until the solid green LED illuminates.

iii.      Rest the device and orient the solar panel sunward for at least one hour.

iv.      Login to the FleetPulse App and verify the accuracy of the reporting data.

                                                             v.      If the device is still not reporting, contact support@fleetpulse.com.
